I consulted in what I thought was the perfect home right after the RT for a Realtor I stage for often with Zip Realty. I contacted Dan to see if anyone at our RT had contacted him for the case study. He said I was the first, YEAH, and I went to work. The home will be on tour tomorrow and I will blog about the case study on his site!!
