Color it Red for Success Staging in Alamo California!!!

Thomas Scott, Showhomes, wanted to know in his recent post if we use Red sofas for staging??  He read this color sofa may be just the "pop" needed to attract buyers in todays market.

I use red sofas all the time.  I love to use them in vacant homes and in occupied too!!

This vacant property was located right off I-680 at El Pintado Road, Danville.  It sold within days after listing in March! The builder/owner was thrilled and we are working on the next project in Lafayette.

  

 

Thursday I staged a small condo for a lovely couple wanting to move to a bigger home in the Northgate area of Walnut Creek.  They have a red sofa.  Their wonderful Realtor, Rich Burris, thought maybe I would want them to store it and rent a neutral sofa.  Instead I asked them to rent 2 occasional chairs and store their television.  Here are the photos.
